Rook is profoundly interested in hunting anyone or anything he considers beautiful or interesting--in both a very literal sense, with bow and arrow, and in a more metaphorical sense, via learning absolutely everything about them. If your character catches his eye, he's likely to want to stalk them to some extent--but given that's such a sensitive topic, I'm making it opt-in.

Here's a handy form to fill out for whenever you want to either ask for it, or just update me on anything new he would learn, if your character is a long-term target! Make a character top level for ease of commenting and organization if you want, leave out or add in any fields you see fit, and let's plot something out:

Why are they interesting/beautiful?: This could be literally anything that caught his eye--from being obviously non-human, to being a fellow magic-user, to being clearly talented at something, to having a pretty smile, to seeing them in a moment of vulnerability.
Life Changes: Share anything new going on that he could notice and keep tabs on!
Important Information: Significant backstory, life circumstances, canon information, etc. that he might be able to glean from their behavior or overhear somehow. The Big Picture Stuff that's so important for truly getting to understand who someone is and where they came from.
Daily Routines: What are they doing off-screen/handwaved/on autopilot that he would know about? Can he predict where they're going and what they're doing with any degree of reliability?
Quirks: All the random weird little things that might be kind of creepy and invasive to actually recognize and know about. What do they smell like? Would he know their clothing measurements without having to ask? Would he be able to recognize tiny tells like their breathing/heartbeat/footsteps? How do they tend to sleep? Just treat this like a TMI meme TBH.
Preferences: Favorite foods? Colors? Scents? Restaurants? Fashion choices? Etc. etc. How unnervingly targeted could he be with gifts and such?
Capabilities: Anything from magical abilities, to combat, to being a musucian, to being a great social butterfly or gamer. What sort of job skills, talents, hobbies, or powers do they have that he would want to take into account, just in case?
Secrets: Dirty laundry, hot gossip, deep dark skeletons in their closet..... you get the idea. What kind of dirt would he be able to dig up from spying on you?
Anything else?: Anything I forgot to ask about, that you want to make sure that gets mentioned?
How should this information be gathered?: How hard is this guy gonna be stalking you? Over the network? Listening in on in-person conversations? Picking the locks and rifling through your belongings?
How should this information be used?: Plot with me! If you want to be creeped on somehow, I'm sure we can make something happen with it.
